We are an Australian BPO, offering an opportunity to work for one of Australias leading health care companies, in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) field. In the role of HR Assistant, you will play a vital role supporting the broader HR department.

This is a Full-Time, Work-from-Home role that will take place during Australian business hours.
Proficiency in English both verbal and written, is essential.
You will be making and receiving calls to Australian clients and practitioners.

You will perform key HR administrative and operational tasks including

- Managing follow- ups with health practitioners.
- Maintaining accurate records including practitioner certifications.
- Recruitment responsibilities
- Scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
- Managing job ads
- Managing On-boarding and Off-boarding of staff
- Project Management

You will need experience using these key software tools
- Employment HERO (HRIS)
- Echidna Accounting Software
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Jira Project Management Software
-Google work space

The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in recruitment.
- Experience working in healthcare.
-Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail.
