We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist / Hiring Manager to manage our end-to-end hiring process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the following areas:
Responsibilities:
Managing Trello for workflow management
Create and post job listings on relevant platform
Screen and sort through pre-qualified applicants
Schedule and manage interview availability using Calendly
Send interview invitations via Gmail
Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit
Oversee the entire hiring process from job posting to offer acceptance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, HR Manager, or similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with tools like WhatsApp for communication purposes, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Trello, Gmail, Outlook, and Calendly
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented and process-driven approach to hiring
