Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and data-driven Website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving website performance and increasing user engagement by analyzing data, testing strategies, and implementing innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience (UX), thrives on data analysis, and is experienced in using CRO tools to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive audits of websites to identify opportunities for improving user experience and conversion rates.
Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website performance and user engagement.
Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and session recording platforms.
Create and present CRO strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement website improvements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and session durations.
Use tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Crazy Egg to implement and measure test performance.
Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify trends and leverage insights for optimization strategies.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in CRO, UX design, or a related role is preferred.
Strong understanding of user behavior, UX principles, and web design best practices.
Proficiency in analytics and testing platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or VWO.
Familiarity with basic web development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in data interpretation and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
