We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our wedding photography team in a remote position. Working 15-30 hours per week, you'll play a key role in managing our daily operations and helping our business grow.

Your Role
You'll be responsible for keeping our business running efficiently through email management, scheduling, and project coordination. You will also be helping manage the owner's daily and weekly calender, helping with executive assitant tasks to proactively help keep me on track, prepared for my day, and upcoming deadlines. Using tools like Asana, Canva, Whatsapp and ConvertKit, you'll handle everything from creating professional documents to managing customer communications and processing invoices.

Independence and problem-solving are at the heart of this role. When presented with a task, you'll research solutions, develop thoughtful approaches, and implement them with minimal guidance. While you'll attend weekly tea m me etings and maintain regular communication, you'll primarily work independently to achieve your goals.

Required Experience and Skills
A minimum of two years of full-time Virtual Assistant experience working with English-speaking clients is essential for this role - this requirement is non-negotiable. Knowledge of the wedding industry is highly valuable. You must be proficient in:

Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs)
Asana
Canva
ConvertKit
Written and verbal communication in English

Compensation: Starting salary is $3.5CAD per hour during the 90-day probationary period. Upon successful completion and based on performance, candidates may be eligible for an increase to $5CAD per hour. The successful applicant will be a vital partner in the business, with opportunities for additional hours and increased compensation based on performance and tenure with the company.
