Job Description:
The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to final hiring decisions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and post job advertisements to appropriate job boards and social media platforms.
Source candidates through online channels and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified individuals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles within the company.
Schedule and coordinate interview appointments between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the decision-making process and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Maintain a database of candidate records, including interviews, hires, and other status updates.
Stay updated with hiring trends and improve recruitment strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with candidates professionally.
Experience using recruitment software and candidate databases.
Experience using Zoom, Loom, Calendly
Experience in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
