Key Responsibilities:
-Operational Coordination: Oversee the punctual submission of operational deliverables to relevant clients through email , offering direct links for digital file sharing or suitable file formats, as required.
-Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all operational deliverables align with Amazon's Terms of Service (TOS). Conduct thorough reviews of content to identify any prohibited phrases, trademark logos, or elements that could potentially breach Amazon's policies.
-Compliance Verification: Assist in securing client approvals for the inclusion of restricted phrases, logos, or any non-compliant elements in operation deliverables, aligning with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and task requirements.
-Quality Review: Perform comprehensive quality audits on all operational deliverables, including examining accuracy, adherence to established processes, and overall performance. Utilize various tools and software, as needed, to ensure quality standards are met.
-Strategic Communication: Communicate with clients regarding operational deliverables in a strategic and polite manner, providing feedback and addressing any concerns or requests.
-Document Delivery: Provide clients with all necessary operational documents, including associated .psd files, following predefined templates and guidelines.
-Follow-Up: Implement a tri-weekly follow-up schedule (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) to ensure client satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns or revisions.

Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proven experience in a Quality Analyst role or a similar position.
