Our client in Pasay is hiring for HR Compliance Manager:

Role Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Senior Management in providing insights and regulatory guidance to all Philippines sites.
  • Mediates and resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Conducts scheduled and unscheduled compliance/risk audits and releases audit observation to the Senior Management.
  • Reviews, prepares and ensures green status in Statutory, External/Internal audits such as Sarbanes-Oxley audit, Entity Level Control audit.
  • Releases Compliance Status Dashboard for HR Business Units
  • Partners with HR and operations to ensure effective deployment of HR policies and practices.
  • Creates awareness and educates HR business partners with existing and new employee related rules and regulations.
  • Implement initiatives and set up compliance framework for new business/location
  • Create and update HR-related policies and processes to ensure that programs are compliant with regulatory requirements and labor laws and aligned with existing business practices.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in the interpretation of labor laws, HR programs and practices.
  • Drafts and implements process and policy movement.
  • Ensures the compliance of HR business unit with existing policies, processed, and regulatory requirements such as the Labor Code, Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, and Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate (Any Degree)
  • A total of 6-8 years of overall work experience 2 years of which is Managerial/Sr. Leadership in any BPO and/or Shared Services company.
  • Understanding of Employment Laws and Regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS Software.
  • Will report directly to AVP / SAVP of HR Compliance
