  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

The Architect role is a full-time permanent position in Las Pinas City, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. YOU will be responsible for Architecture, Architectural Design, project management, and collaborations.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as an architect in construction development, real estate, landscape, and similar.
  • Hands-on experience in project management, estimation, drawing, Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, and QS.
  • Proficient in shop drawings for architectural and structural components.
  • Knowledgeable about FIT OUT works
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D rendering soft wares, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to work under pressure and complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work with clients, contractors, and project managers.
  • Client engagement and discussion of visions.
  • Create unique and organized structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Open for licensed and Non-licensed architects.

Salary Offer: Php 25,000 to Php 35,000
