Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Substantial experience in HR leadership role, ideally within a unionized environment
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and people management principles
- A proven track record of leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams
- Ability to think creatively and implement innovative HR solutions
- Excellent strategic and business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
