An E-Commerce Account Supervisor will help supervise and improve digital presence in the online reseller ecosystem by creating consumer-facing content, managing the selection of products available in the website to protect the brand, performing analysis and generating actionable reporting.

Job Role:

  • Responsible for all brand official store-related matters on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and Tiktok Shop
  • Lead point of contact for all account management matters between marketplaces, brands, internal teams
  • Forecasts, tracks, and reports key metrics on various platforms, identify improvement areas, gathers market information to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Liaises between cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions for any counterparts
  • Conducts and monitors product uploads to their designated marketplaces
  • Proposes sales plans for campaigns and sale dates based on size and visibility of the brand on a campaign day
  • Tracks and analyses KPIs, prepares reports on performance for future planning and execution

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree; preferably Industrial Engineering or any related fields
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and E-Commerce platform operations such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Tiktok Shop and the like
  • Must be comfortable with pulling data and doing analysis to help brand performance and process flows
  • Punctual, adaptable, highly organized, overall team player, with good people skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent in English and Filipino in both oral and written forms
