JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A talent acquisition role typically encompasses the full-cycle recruitment and hiring process to secure qualified candidates for an organization. The primary responsibilities often include:
- Leverage job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools to find and connect with potential candidates.
- Perform initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and alignment with the company culture.
- Create and revise job descriptions, and publish open positions on various job sites.
- Oversee job postings across multiple recruitment channels, maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to design and implement recruitment strategies that support business objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, ideally with 2-3 years in a comparable position.
- Recognized for exceptional achievements, such as attaining Latin honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude).
- Distinguished for outstanding accomplishments: recognized for achievements including awards such as "Top Team Leader of the Year" and "Employee of the Year," and demonstrating rapid career progression into higher roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Asana, Slack, Outlook, and ClickUp is a plus.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Online Jobs, Jobstreet, and Upwork.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding and capability to oversee inclusive hiring practices.
