[English/American] Sales Development Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a proactive individual based in the US/UK who excels in lead generation and conversion. This role can get up to bonus/commission up to $50 per hour depending on your sales target.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 2-3 hours of focused sales activities daily
- Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities
- Respond promptly and flexibly to client inquiries and needs
- Work in a highly structured and organized manner to maximize productivity
- Perform effectively under pressure to meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system

Requirements:
- Located in the US/UK
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Resilient and able to handle rejection positively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools

Hours: 2-3 hours per day, flexible schedule
