  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Organizational Development Specialist at Property Company of Friends, Inc. The specialist will be responsible for tasks related to organizational effectiveness, performance management, communication, and overall organizational development. The role is primarily located in Mandaluyong but allows for remote work flexibility.

Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills and Organizational Development
  • Performance Management and Organizational Effectiveness
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in implementing organizational development strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices in performance management
  • Ability to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in the property development industry is a plus
