The HR Tech Engineer III is senior level role with a primary focus on administration of Asurion HR technology systems. Role will provide tactical support to all lines of business at all levels in all geographies regarding HR systems, including the HCM, ATS, and LMS platforms. This role has established a strong demonstrated technical brand in expertise and credibility. The HR Tech Engineer III is viewed as a senior engineer, knows Asurion’s HR systems and linkages well and assists less senior engineers. This role understands how the supported applications are integrated with other applications. Keeps big picture in mind, looks for longer‐term solutions both regarding improvements and incident prevention. The HR Tech Engineer III will work with other administrators, analysts, and other development partners to ensure system software availability to provide timely delivery of the defect resolution and production fixes, including testing and implementation. In addition to providing operational support to the organization, this role will be expected to participate, manage, or lead HR technology related projects related to system improvements, integration, and implementation. High level of commitment and follow-through in resolving incidents and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables Recognizes larger efficiency opportunities by identifying patterns, develops ways to automate or eliminate manual processes and recommends changes Proactively identifies gaps (e.g., support issues, or performance) in current operations and suggests plans to address needs Identifies and implements improvements in own approach to the work with limited guidance Executes plans for integrating new platforms or systems into the operational environment Requirements: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, engineering, or related field Experience managing implementation, configuration, and use of HR technology solutions. At least 5 years of hands-on implementation, configuration, and administrative experience with HR technology. Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Operational experience working in technology administrative or maintenance roles Advanced knowledge of HRIS or applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday). High competency with HR systems and reporting Expert knowledge and understanding of HR processes, procedures, and policies to translate business requirements into system build. Process improvement skills are a plus Professional experience in project management preferred. Ability to support efforts to plan, organize, direct, and integrate elements and resources of a program or activity to bring about the successful delivery of technology solutions. Strong leadership skills. Strong analysis and strategic thinking skills. Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
