IGT Solutions is looking to hire an Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to drive the lead generation process.
You will be a critical driver to support hunting efforts in the APAC to achieve revenue goals, execute outbound campaigns to IGT’s core buyer segments to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and grow sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for both acquiring and nurturing leads to drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent across all channels.
- Proactively partner with geo sales teams to align with the region’s business objectives.
- Identify specific target accounts and relevant contacts for outreach initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research to collect account-level data and competitive insights.
- Utilize diverse outreach methods such as networking, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant approaches to stimulate interest and arrange meetings for the Sales department.
- Direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and eventual closure.
- Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Maintain and expand the prospects database within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in B2B demand generation with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth in the APAC market, preferably in an IT/BPO services organization.
- Prior experience working in the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality industry.
- An effective communicator to understands customer needs and requirements and briefs to Sales and Solutions team.
- Deep knowledge of cutting-edge demand generation methods, including creating a funnel and nurturing strategies.
- Good presentation skills; should perform effective online capability presentation to prospects when needed
- Has a flair for technology; should have experience working on Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce CRM, and Salesloft/Outreach/Salesforce HVS.
