Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on recruiting remote workers, defining organizational roles, and managing all HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of remote work dynamics, organizational development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
? Develop and implement strategies for recruiting remote workers globally.
? Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
? Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
2. Organizational Development:
? Define and refine organizational roles and structures to support business goals.
? Implement organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance and productivity.
? Lead succession planning and career development programs.
3. Human Resources Management:
? Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
? Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across different regions.
? Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support remote work.
4. Employee Engagement and Culture:
? Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the organization’s values.
? Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
? Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and address concerns.
5. Leadership and Strategy:
? Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
? Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting professional growth and development.
? Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a Chief People Officer or similar.
• Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.
• Knowledge of HR software and tools.
