- **Boost Guest Satisfaction:** Monitor reviews, address feedback, and implement improvements to elevate guest experiences.
- **Ensure Property Readiness:** Oversee property maintenance to keep every unit guest-ready at all times.
- **Effective Marketing:** Promote properties across listing platforms and social media to attract bookings.
- **Strategic Pricing:** Analyze market trends to set competitive rates that maximize occupancy and revenue.
- **Prompt Communication:** Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries before, during, and after their stay.
- **Coordinate Services:** Schedule cleaning and maintenance between stays to maintain top-notch standards.
- **Manage Bookings:** Synchronize calendars on multiple platforms to prevent overlaps and errors.
- **Report Performance:** Provide property owners with regular updates and performance insights.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Proven experience managing vacation rentals, preferably across multiple platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with property management software and online booking systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
