Your Mission:

Dynamic Candidate Sourcing: Leverage your expertise across various platforms—job boards, social media, networking events—to engage and identify exceptional candidates who can drive our vision forward.
Thorough Screening and Interviewing: Conduct in-depth screening processes that go beyond traditional interviews. You’ll assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring they align with our ambitious goals.
Seamless Onboarding Management: Oversee a smooth onboarding process that sets new hires up for success from day one. Your leadership will ensure they feel welcomed and prepared to contribute immediately.
Collaborative Department Partnerships: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs. Your insights will guide best practices and foster a collaborative hiring environment.
Data-Driven Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine our strategies continually. You’ll provide valuable insights to the VP of Establishment, implementing KPIs and SLAs that drive results.

Market Savvy Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices. Your market insights will inform recruitment strategies and keep us competitive.

What You Bring:
Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, paired with at least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or HR roles with a proven track record of successful placements.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with various technical roles (e.g., software developers, data scientists) and an understanding of the skills required for these positions.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Filipino, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities that engage candidates and hiring managers alike.
Relationship-Building Expertise: Strong interpersonal skills that foster connections with candidates and stakeholders across the organization.

Preferred Skills:
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS software.
Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., CHRP) is a plus.
A proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
