For this role, our client is looking for a professional Order Management Specialist who will be responsible for handling all order-related processes, including the receipt, review, and confirmation of orders. This is a full-time position during Eastern Standard Time from 9AM - 5PM.
The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:
- Must have at least a year of experience as an Order Management Specialist or similar role.
- Must have proven experience with order management and business analytics.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must be familiar with using CRM platforms.
- Must have strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to accomplish tasks.
- Must have comprehensive critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Rec
- eive orders from customers and ensure accuracy.Ver
- ify all data for errors before entering it into SAP.Col
- laborate with the planning team to address out-of-stock (OOS) items from orders.Pro
