For this role, our client is looking for a professional Order Management Specialist who will be responsible for handling all order-related processes, including the receipt, review, and confirmation of orders. This is a full-time position during Eastern Standard Time from 9AM - 5PM.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have at least a year of experience as an Order Management Specialist or similar role.
  • Must have proven experience with order management and business analytics.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be familiar with using CRM platforms.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to accomplish tasks.
  • Must have comprehensive critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
