Who We're Looking For
We are seeking the best Website and SEO Content Manager to build and run our content division. The ideal candidate will have:
Comprehensive Management Experience
Proven ability to manage the complete lifecycle of website and SEO content delivery.
Highly proactive in handling all content requirements, including scheduling, reporting, reviewing, and client acceptance.
Extensive Writing and Editing Background
5+ years of experience as a website and SEO content writer and editor for Australian Local Businesses (excluding news and review sites).
Demonstrated expertise in creating compelling content for service-based industries like electricians, financial planners, lawyers, building inspectors, and removalist companies.
Project Management Skills
Strong organisational abilities with experience in leading projects from conception to completion.
Proficiency in GoHighLevel and ClickUp for efficient workflow management.
Leadership in a Digital Agency Setting
Experience managing a copywriting division at a larger digital agency.
Ability to interact directly with clients, effectively managing their content feedback and expectations.

Role Responsibilities
As our Website and SEO Content Manager, you will:
Lead the Content Division

Proactively handle scheduling, reporting, reviewing, and client feedback.
Write and Edit Content

Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and client objectives.
Client Interaction
Work directly with clients to understand their needs and manage their expectations.
Incorporate client feedback to refine and improve content deliverables.
Utilise Project Management Tools
Use GoHighLevel and ClickUp to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years as a website and SEO content writer and editor for Australian Local Businesses.
Prior experience managing a copywriting division in a digital agency setting.
Skills:
Strong project management capabilities.
Proficiency in GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
