  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

Role Overview

The E-Commerce Analyst supports the E-Commerce Coordinator with the day-to-day E-Commerce duties across all client's E-Commerce websites. The E-Commerce Analyst supports the E-Commerce Coordinator and Marketing team with the infrastructure and content of the company’s websites.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Product Listings
    • Assist in updating and maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and shipping information.
    • Regularly review listings for any discrepancies or errors.
  • Customer Support
    • Assist the customer service team in handling e-commerce-related inquiries for products and shipping.
  • Analytics Support
    • Assist in collecting data from analytics tools under the guidance of the marketing team.
    • Help compile reports detailing e-commerce activities and sales.
    • Review and update item pricing based on sales demand and margins.
  • Website Maintenance Support
    • Support the maintenance, design, and functionality of our websites
    • Report any glitches or issues to the marketing team.
    • Assist in updating website content as needed.
  • Market Research
    • Conduct basic competitor analysis to stay informed of market trends.
    • Gather customer feedback and reviews for product and service improvements.
    • Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years in a similar e-commerce role on the Shopify platform
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
