Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular store visits to review operations, verify cash balances, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely store visit reports, discussing findings with Store Managers.
  • Lead the hiring, training, and development of store employees, excluding Store Managers and deputies.
  • Manage store expenses and approve necessary repairs within budget limits.
  • Ensure high productivity and minimize operational costs across all stores.
  • Oversee inventory counting and ordering procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to remain competitive and make informed decisions.
  • Plan and organize the opening of new stores in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and documentation flow between the regional office and stores.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in multi-store management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
