Our client is a reputable accounting firm seeking a driven and personable Sales and Business Development Representative to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base, nurturing lasting relationships, and promoting our trusted accounting and tax services. What You'll Do

Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Promote the firm's suite of accounting and tax services.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets.

Client Engagement:

- Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs.
- Provide tailored financial solutions to prospective clients.
- Foster and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.

Marketing Support:

- Participate in marketing events and campaigns to promote services.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Act as a liaison between sales and marketing to enhance outreach efforts.

What We're Looking For

- At least 2 years of sales experience in accounting or tax services.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage clients.
- Results-driven mindset with strong self-motivation to meet and exceed goals.
- Familiarity with accounting and tax regulations. (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. (preferred)
