  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Mainly responsible in negotiating with suppliers and coordinating with them to provide the best promos and discounts exclusively for online market. E-Commerce Specialist will also provide support in maintaining the quality of every content on our website and other 3rd party platforms and as well provide ideas and strategies to grow the business.

• Responsible in maintaining and developing the website and other 3rd party platforms

• Responsible in uploading content on the website and other 3rd party platforms such as Shopee and Lazada

• Responsible in promo setup and implementation on 3rd party platforms such as Shopee and Lazada

• Responsible in negotiating with suppliers for deals and promotions

• Assist in quality checking of product content and promotions on website and 3rd party platforms

• Responsible in coordinating with other departments for project implementation

• Assist in vendor management for proper coordination and implementations of Marketing promotions

• Assist in creation of reports and analytics

• Assisting in strategizing and organizing E-Commerce annual plans

• Conducting product shoot if necessary

• Providing assistance in other admin tasks

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in Shopify, Woocommerce or other E-Commerce platforms

• Basic programming skills/html is a plus

• At least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce

• Experience in handling Lazada, Shopee, GrabMart, Metromart, Pick-a-Roo and the like

• Must have experience in vendor management when it comes to promos and discounts.

Work location: Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. Building 4 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Bagumbayan (Libis), Quezon City

Working schedule and arrangement: Mondays to Fridays - 8AM to 6:30PM with 1 day Work from home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
