Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for planning and implementation of growth strategies and programs to drive his/her area in meeting sales, credit quality and profitability targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generating quality Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met

• Establishing and maintaining good business relationship with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees

• Identifying potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.

• Handling inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course

• Must have direct experience on sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)

• More than 5 years of work experience in the related field is required

• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products

• Supervisory experience with excellent presentation skills and broad network
