Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms.
Paid Campaigns: Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads, to maximize ROI.
Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Website Management: Update blogs and other website content to align with marketing goals.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve future strategies.
Trend Spotting: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Create, manage, and optimize workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with expertise in Facebook Ads and paid campaigns.
Proficiency in social media tools (Canva etc ) and ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
Create, manage, and optimize workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
Strong skills in email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Basic knowledge of website management platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
Ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
Experience in Education,. courses marketing is a PLUS but not required.
