Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customise Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms to meet complex client requirements.
Utilise or learn Google Apps Script to enhance functionality and automate processes.
Work with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Forms in the SharePoint environment, often integrating with Microsoft Sites.
Manage your time effectively to meet client deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Uphold the highest standards of quality and personal integrity in every task.
About You:
You have strong technical skills with Google and Microsoft tools, with demonstrated experience in advanced customisation and automation.
Prior knowledge of Google Apps Script or experience in automation will be highly regarded.

You’re organised and excel at time management, working efficiently within deadlines and client schedules.

Please Note: This is largely a technical role. Please only apply if you have experience in the areas listed below.
You will be:
- Customise Google templates (Sheets/Docs) - often created from a Google Form (using Add-ons)
- Creating or modifying forms, checklists or templates to match client branding
- Customise Google Sites and SharePoint Sites
- Use Canva to create standard graphics (for use in the Sites)
- Create mini-"apps" using Google Forms, Sheets, Docs and a range of Google Add-ons
- Create mini-"apps" using MS Forms, Power Automate, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook
- Create complex Google Sheets using Google App Script
- Contact clients to confirm the scope or deliverables for their support requests
