We need experienced talents that can contribute and has a proven track record. We are in need of IT Sales support specialist, also known as a sIT ales customer support specialist that helps the company build and maintain relationships with customers
• Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
• Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
• Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
• Arranges appointments with clients
• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Updates all contact information for clients
• Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports
• Knowledgeable in Basic adobe Photoshop and Microsoft products
• Knowledgeable in Basic basic computer trouble shooting
Applicants must have well to excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must be personable, flexible and adaptive to change
Graduate of any 4 or 2 years IT or IT related course/Computer Engineering Course
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma Bachelor's/College Degree
Must be willing to travel
Can work during late hours if required
Willing to Learn, install and configure different kind of application, software and programs
Willing To Learn Video Editing
Willing To Learn content management system (CMS)
Willing To Learn Web Design
Applicants must be able to accomplish required paperwork
Capable of multi tasking
