Job Overview:

As our Social Media Manager & Content Writer, you’ll play a key role in building and managing Alien Prints’ online brand. You’ll oversee social media platforms, create engaging content, and develop strategies to drive engagement and generate leads. This dual-role combines the creativity of storytelling with the strategic mindset of social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow Alien Prints’ social media accounts (Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using social media management tools.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a professional and timely manner.

Content Creation:
• Write engaging blog posts, captions, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with the video editor and graphic designer to produce visually compelling content.
• Research industry trends to create relevant and timely content.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.

Analytics & Strategy:
• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
• Use insights to improve strategies and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut and/or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and email marketing platforms.
• Creative, organized, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Interest in the apparel or screen printing industry is a plus!

Salary:

$2.50/hr - $5.00/hr based on experience, reliability and efficiency. This is a starting rate with opportunities for raises based on performance and tenure.
