We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team. Our business operates through bol.com and Lightspeed, so experience with these platforms is a plus. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Dutch (written) to effectively handle customer inquiries and maintain our high service standards.
Please do not answer this job if you don't have experience in e-commerce & customer service.
Key Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries via email , chat, and bol.com ’s platform in Dutch.
-Process refunds, exchanges, and other customer service-related tasks.
-Manage and update customer service records in Lightspeed.
-Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
-Proactively identify recurring customer concerns and suggest solutions for improvement.
Requirements
-Strong written communication skills in Dutch. Using chatgpt or deepl to translate is fine.
-Fluent in English for internal communication.
-Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
-Familiarity with bol.com and Lightspeed is an advantage.
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
