- Provide outstanding support via email , chat, and other customer service platforms.
- Collaborate with tea m me mbers to ensure smooth operations and exceed customer expectations.
- Utilize Shopify to manage orders, track issues, and update customer information.
- Actively contribute to improving workflows and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in an e-commerce or dropshipping environment.
- Strong familiarity with Shopify and its functionalities.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
