Find Staff is looking to fill a pivotal role for one of our VIP clients. Our client is a strategy-first outsourced CMO company, and business consulting firm, helping small to mid-sized businesses ($2.5M–$20M revenue) grow through clear, effective marketing. As they prepare to double our client load and profitability in 2025, they’re searching for a full-time Director of Marketing / Marketing Strategist to be the CMO’s right-hand partner.
This role is pivotal in scaling their success, blending client-facing expertise with strategic leadership. Think of it as a mix of creative genius, strategic powerhouse, and operational backbone.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead with strategy, build relationships with amazing clients, and collaborate with their team of marketing experts to deliver outstanding results. Here’s how you’ll spend your day:
• Client-Facing Leadership: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as their strategic partner. You’ll lead meetings, listen to their goals, and craft plans that deliver.
• Strategy Development: Develop, refine, and oversee marketing strategies tailored to each client’s business. You’ll balance big-picture thinking with actionable, measurable plans.
• Analytics & Insights: Review campaign data, extract meaningful insights, and recommend next steps to improve performance and ROI.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our talented team of writers, designers, and media buyers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects. You’ll be the one connecting the dots.
• LinkedIn Leadership: Help clients (and us) maximize LinkedIn for growth—organic content, paid ads, and thought leadership included.
• B2B Marketing Expertise: Use your knowledge of B2B audiences to create campaigns that resonate and convert.
• Paid Course Experience: (Big bonus!) If you’ve worked on creating, scaling, or marketing online courses, that’s a skill we’d love to leverage.
