- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- Experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript
- Experience with customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using plugins, workflows, and web resources
- Knowledge of CRM data migration and integration techniques
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application defects
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer
