**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize our Amazon Seller Central operations. The ideal candidate will ensure account health, manage brand assets, enhance product listings, and execute marketing and customer engagement strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of Amazon's platform, tools, and policies to drive success in a competitive e-commerce environment.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. **Account Health and Compliance**
1. **Monitor Account Health Dashboard**: Track key performance metrics such as Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, and Late Shipment Rate to maintain account health.
2. **Respond to Policy Warnings**: Address violations promptly to prevent account suspensions and maintain compliance with Amazon policies.
2. **Brand Registry Management**
1. **Leverage Brand Tools**:
1. Use A+ Content to create enhanced product detail pages.
2. Utilize Brand Analytics for customer insights and data-driven decisions.
3. Build and optimize Amazon Storefront to increase brand visibility.
3. **Product Listings and Content**
1. **Optimize Product Listings**: Regularly update titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve searchability and conversions.
2. **Monitor Listing Quality**: Address suppressed or inactive listings using the Listing Quality Dashboard.
3. **Update Product Variations**: Add new variations (e.g., size, color, style) and consolidate listings for a seamless customer experience.
4. **Promotions Management**
1. **Plan and Execute Promotions**: Strategically run Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Discounts to boost sales.
2. **Seasonal Promotions**: Prepare and manage campaigns for major events like Black Friday, Prime Day, and other holiday seasons.
5. **Customer Service and Engagement**
1. **Manage Reviews and Feedback**: Monitor product reviews, respond to negative reviews constructively, and request the removal of inappropriate reviews via Seller Central.
2. **Participate in the Vine Program**: Leverage Amazon Vine to generate authentic reviews for new or underperforming products.
6. **Reports and Analytics**
1. **Review Return Reports**: Identify trends in returns and address potential product defects or mismatches in product descriptions.
2. **Audit Fee Charges**: Ensure accurate FBA charges and commission fees, and dispute discrepancies when necessary.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
- Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Brand Analytics and A+ Content.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing reports and resolving discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay updated on Amazon policies and trends.
