Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer probate and trust cases in California.
Ensure compliance with California estate planning laws and regulations.
Handle all aspects of probate proceedings, including asset valuation, creditor claims, and distribution of assets.
Administer and manage trust documents and assets, ensuring accuracy in all steps.
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and attorneys regarding trust and probate matters.
Prepare and file necessary court documents, reports, and other legal paperwork.
Maintain organized records and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
Job Qualifications:

Proven experience in California Probate and Trust Administration in a US based Law Firm.
Strong knowledge of California probate law and estate planning procedures.
Ability to work on-demand with accuracy and speed.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment.
