Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist for a short-term or gig-based position. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing business operations, implementing workflows, setting sales goals, building accountability systems, and managing virtual staff. The role involves working with a team based in the Philippines, and expertise in addressing the challenges of working across a 13-hour time difference is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement workflows and automations to improve efficiency and team productivity
• Develop accountability systems to track team performance and align with business goals
• Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals and performance metrics
• Provide guidance and strategies for managing virtual staff effectively
• Identify operational challenges and propose actionable solutions
• Document processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency
• Support leadership in creating a cohesive and well-organized operational framework

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business operations, process improvement, or team management
• Experience with workflow design, task management, and automations (e.g., Zapier, Monday.com , Asana, Trello)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with virtual team management, especially across multiple time zones
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate the time difference with the Philippines
• Experience in sales goal setting and tracking is a plus

Compensation:
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
