Job Description:

Data Validation (every morning)

  • Read and review nightly email reports from Leasing Specialists
  • Validate that data was entered correctly into classleasingtraffic.com
  • Validate that applications were entered correctly into classleasingtraffic.com
  • Tally applications on metric reporting “Call-in Sheet”
  • Prepare a summary of errors founds and delivered to CLASS Leadership Team by 8am Monday-Friday
  • Contact Leasing Specialists via phone, email, or text with errors on their nightly reports and ask them to correct as soon as possible
  • Verify data has been corrected and is completed

Accounts Receivable (1-2 days per week)

  • Follow-up with every invoice according to CLASS AR Follow-up Procedures:
  • Email to template to contact 5-days before invoice is due
  • Email and phone call on day invoice is due
  • Email and phone call when invoice is 5-days late
  • Daily email and daily phone call when invoice is 15-days past due
  • Update weekly AR Tracker with updates daily

Data Analysis (every morning and weekly summary)

  • Prepare individual and summary spreadsheets to CLASS Leadership team by 9am Monday morning on key
  • metrics: Individual Closing Ratios, Conversion Ratios, tours per week, applications per week, applications to goal per week
  • Prepare summary sheet of nightly emails with prospects and follow-up completed by all Leasing Specialists by 8am

Travel Booking (ad-hoc daily)

  • Attend CLASS team scheduling meetings and plan travel bookings
  • Book airfare, car rental, hotel, and Airbnb as needed for Leasing Specialists
  • Approximately 5-10 flights per week, 5 car rentals, 1 monthly Airbnb booking per week
  • Communicate between Leasing Specialist on their travel information and provide support as needed. At times, there may be last-minute requests or emergency travel being booked

Qualifications:

  • With backround working with a US entity
  • Fluent in English with limited accent
  • Ability to be pleasant, friendly, and stern on phone calls when necessary for collections
  • Excellent written communication
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Can start immediately
