We are looking for eCommerce Operations & Customer Service Specialist to support our web store operations. You will be working in with a Singapore team to achieve great results. If you are passionate and interested in eCommerce, Customer Service, and Operation of eStore and Marketplaces, we love to hear from you!
We are working in the Home & Garden space, which means, flowers, plants, and garden accessories should be your thing. You need to understand our product, and operate as though you are managing the store.
Job Description:
-We are looking for a personnel that have an interest in operations of our eStore. Full time customer service rep. Escalation management. That would involve product and merchandising.
Here are our requirements:
- Experience in Shopify,running eCommerce brands, Direct To Consumer Brands.
- You need to have the ability to handle complains, customers etc. and be able to speak to them. Strong command of English is required
- You need to be able to be infront of the computer, during the entire shift, and multi task between different task. as we have customer enquiries, conflict resolution, logistics team management that you have to do.
- You will assume full responsibility to handle the orders, accordance to our SOP. we need someone that is quick thinking, and able to manage this with strong focus
- THIS IS A ROLE THAT REQUIRES YOU TO BE ON THE COMPUTER DURING YOUR WORKING SHIFT. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COMMIT.

3. Shopify Product Uploads
4. Knowledge of Shopify will be an advantage
5. Ability to provide strong customer service chat, and you will be given a whatsapp number, where customers would call you from Singapore, and you would call them to handle their orders.

Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (GMT +8) (1 Hour break inbetween)
Saturday 8am to 1pm (GMT +8) (1 Hour break inbetween)
