Job Summary: Our Executive Search team seeks a Talented Executive Sourcer to collaborate with the Director of Executive Search in delivering exceptional talent for critical searches. You will design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, conduct talent mapping, and provide market intelligence to identify top-tier candidates. This role demands high ethical standards, attention to detail, and operational excellence to support our best-in-class executive search process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a search-specific sourcing strategy using Ideal Candidate Persona (ICP).
  • Advise on innovative methods for talent identification, including underrepresented profiles.
  • Complete full talent mapping within two weeks post-intake, ensuring agility and precision.
  • Create a robust pipeline for critical roles by prioritizing candidates aligned with ICP.
  • Provide talent market analysis, segmenting candidates by archetype and ensuring thorough research of Total Available Talent.
  • Build competitor maps (e.g., VP, SVP roles) with level parity and role complexity insights.
  • Employ advanced tools (e.g., conference lists, deep web research, AI tools) for comprehensive candidate intelligence.
  • Develop pools of underrepresented talent through innovative sourcing techniques.Deliver high-accuracy research and pipeline data in multiple formats (spreadsheets, ATS, LinkedIn project folders).
  • Assist in preparing polished candidate profiles, debrief notes, and weekly client reports.
  • Ensure extreme attention to detail in all deliverables.
  • Uphold ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout the executive search process.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA), HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Sourcer, Recruiter, or Researcher.
  • Proven ability to uncover and engage top talent for organizations undergoing growth or evolution.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a client- and candidate-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in presenting candidates to executives, including C-level leaders.
  • Highly organized and proactive in managing complex tasks and tight timelines.
