Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Social Media Manager with exceptional communication skills and a strong background in Outsourcing, preferably in Employer of Record (EOR) services. This role will be instrumental in driving our brand's online presence, engaging with a global audience, and promoting our services effectively across various social media platforms
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals. Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to target audiences.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and maintain all RecruitGo social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and regular updates. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns to promote services, events, and initiatives. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with followers, clients, and industry stakeholders by fostering positive interactions and timely communication.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to inform strategy and improve results.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on EOR industry trends, outsourcing practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and other departments to align social media efforts with broader company objectives and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager managing social media platforms for global or B2B audiences, preferably with a focus on outsourcing or EOR services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft and execute social media strategies that align with company goals and audience needs.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker capable of developing unique and engaging content.
- Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Team Collaboration: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
