As a Customer Success Advocate, you will:
- Navigate effectively between 3 chats simultaneously, at a fast pace, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Multitask while utilizing more than 1 application at once to complete a request.
Non-negotiables
- Must have prior chat experience (1-2 years minimum)
- Proficient in the English language for both comprehension and written communication
- Salesforce Experience
- Amenable to work onsite
- Excellent written communication
