Qualification/s:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Management or equivalent
  • With at least 4 years of experience in cards marketing, loyalty, business development, CRM, retail promotions, digital marketing
  • Must have knowledge with data analytics, basic loyalty systems, partnership accounts management, market research, customer service, and trade marketing
  • Must be willing to do occasional fieldwork for partnership accounts management and events activations

Job Description:

Key Result Area 1 - Customer Support Management

• Oversee management of Retail Customer Support and station support to ensure the program is being implemented properly

• Provide updates , developments and recommendations to improve customer handling in cooperation with concerned retail groups including handling and analysis of suspicious card accounts subject for fraud investigation

• Establish best practices by providing project pre and post evaluation results, measure success and manage ongoing programs. Analyze customer feedbacks and come up with possible improved features of the program

Key Result Area 2 – Partnership Engagements​

• Engage with potential partners with digital touchpoints to expand options for mode of payment available to consumers​•

Establish effective solutions that help reduce support costs for existing or new projects or campaigns•

Manage administrative execution of partnerships in coordination with legal, operations, marketing, technical support and accounting​
