The Digital Strategist Junior Officer is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's brand presence across various print and digital platforms. This role involves creating, implementing, and implementing marketing strategies, copywriting, graphic designing, marketing plan creation, and social media management to ensure brand consistency, engagement, and growth. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. ADMINISTRATIVE TASK
a. Organize and maintain marketing files and databases.
b. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals.
c. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings as needed by the said role.
d. Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
e. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
f. Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing plans, and adjust strategies as needed.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA & CORPORATE WEBSITE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT
a. Develop various strategic prototypes/mockups by creating the look and feel of the concept before execution in social media and corporate websites.
b. Create, curate, and manage content across social media platforms.
c. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
d. Analyze social media performance metrics and report findings.
e. Write and edit compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, emails, and print materials.
f. Ensure all copy is consistent with the company's brand voice and guidelines.
g. Develop content for promotional campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
3. GRAPHIC DESIGNING
a. Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
b. Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all marketing materials. c. Collaborate with other team members to produce high-quality visual content.
d. Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
e. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
f. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
g. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
h. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
a. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or any related field.
b. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital
creations.
c. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
d. Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
e. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
f. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
