Remote Construction Project Coordinator

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM US Hours
Pay Rate: $5/hour
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in phone-based customer service, construction project management, or similar roles. You will be responsible for answering calls, providing updates to clients and construction crews, and supporting project coordination. Over time, this role will evolve to include direct interactions with American insurance companies to facilitate project bids and timelines. Daily reporting will be required to update your direct manager on the progress of your daily progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide timely, clear, and professional communication.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, construction crews, and internal stakeholders regarding project updates.
Track and manage project timelines, ensuring timely updates and clear communication with all relevant parties.
Support construction project bidding processes by liaising with American insurance adjusters and other key stakeholders.
Utilize various software platforms to track, document, and update project progress.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in customer service, phone support, or construction project management roles.
Experience in answering phones and handling insurance claim projects.
Excellent communication skills to effectively manage calls with clients, construction crews, and insurance representatives.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
