As a Digital Marketer, your primary role will be driving the growth of our apps through effective advertising strategies and partnerships. You'll collaborate with TikTok influencers to generate user-generated content (UGC), craft high-performing Google and Facebook ad campaigns, and develop creative growth hacks to amplify our reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Outreach for UGC: Research and connect with TikTok influencers who align with our target audience. Build relationships and negotiate collaborations to create engaging user-generated content that drives awareness and app downloads.
Ad Campaign Management: Design, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Google and Facebook . Leverage data to refine targeting, messaging, and visuals for maximum ROI.
Growth Hacking: Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to expand our app’s user base. Test and iterate on unconventional ideas that can create viral impact.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of influencer collaborations and ad campaigns. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve results.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest advertising, influencer marketing, and growth hacking trends to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Basically you have to be amazing at ads & social media. Love refining ad campaigns, understand the social media game at a very deep level.

Qualifications:
We don't care if you have a degree or not, as long as you are smart.
Experience growing social media pages.
Excellent English communication skills.
Understanding of social media platforms.
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
