Role Overview:
As a PPC Specialist at RDY DIGITAL, you will immediately take control of our clients' existing Google Ads accounts, optimizing campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, and driving consistent performance improvements. You’ll need to hit the ground running with little supervision, managing every aspect of the campaigns from keyword research to daily optimizations and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Campaign Management:

Take full ownership of Google Ads campaigns for RDY DIGITAL and our clients.
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) from A to Z.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to build effective campaigns.
Write and optimize compelling ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Campaign Optimization & Analysis:

Continuously monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns for performance optimization (improve CTR, lower CPC, increase conversions).
Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to align with performance goals and client objectives.
Accurate Tracking & Reporting:

Ensure correct tracking setup and troubleshooting (Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, etc.).
Regularly report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Implement UTM parameters and ensure tracking consistency across all campaigns.
Client Communication & Strategy:

Collaborate with the team to provide regular updates and strategic recommendations.
Communicate effectively with clients, offering clear reporting and suggestions for campaign improvements.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging PPC technologies to ensure the best strategies are in place.
Required Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience (3+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns and driving successful results.
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Google Analytics.
Proven ability to optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
Strong experience with tracking setups (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking).
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and hit the ground running.
Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads Certification or similar PPC-related certifications.
Experience with Facebook Ads or other social media advertising platforms.
Experience with eCommerce or local business campaigns.
