Currently, they are looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team in Manila, Philippines.

Currently, they are looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team in Manila, Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Payroll Management: Handle high-volume payroll processing across the company group, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Employee Data Management: Set up or review new employee records, maintain accurate payroll data, and follow up on missing information.
- Payment Processing: Calculate termination payments and ensure timely payments of taxes, deductions, and payroll obligations
- Employee Support: Respond to payroll-related queries and provide troubleshooting assistance for payroll systems and processes
- Reporting and Compliance: Complete end-of-month reports accurately and on time while adhering to required timelines
- Inbox Management: Oversee and process communications in the Payroll Inbox efficiently
- At least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end, high-volume payroll processing for the Australian market
- Experience in onboarding new employees would required
- Proficiency in using payroll systems effectively and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a customer-focused approach.
