  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Collabera Digital is currently in need of a Transformation Chance Management (TCP).

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within IT operations or support.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Change Management experience; has developed and applied repeatable processes and used a holistic set of tools to drive successful change initiatives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation of Transformation Change Management strategies and plans together with Business Leaders and the different cross-functional program teams to assess change impact to the business, realize faster adoption, build user knowledge and proficiency, and manage resistance
  • Support business units during the transition to help achieve business outcomes and improve client, advisor, and employee experience; track change adoption and revise Change Management strategies as required to meet transformation objectives
  • Creates the overall change management plan, communication plans, training and coaching plans for the assigned BUs; ensuring that all people impact has been identified and mitigated through
  • Ensure that Organization OKR Target are met and all of the transformation initiative will not negatively impact the progress made to reach the OKR target
  • Collaborate with Project Change Managers to make sure proper change impact assessments, change gaps and change initiatives are developed for every impacting transformational projects.
  • Together with program managers, ensure that change activities are considered in the transformation program timeline and budget, as well as in readiness checks prior to implementation
  • Monitor risks and issues related to Change Management and facilitate resolution with the program team
