Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Automation and Management:
• Design, implement, and manage workflows, sequences, and automation in HubSpot to streamline marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
• Regularly maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot-related issues to maintain platform efficiency.
Marketing Automation:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, focusing on engagement and lead generation.
• Set up and monitor lead scoring and nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Create automated reports and dashboards to track marketing performance metrics.
Content and Campaign Support:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages, forms, and CTAs that align with campaign objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Ensure all automation workflows comply with data privacy and email marketing regulations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to align automation efforts with organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot tools and features.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest automation solutions to enhance productivity.
Requirements
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with HubSpot, including CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and automation tools.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing automation campaigns.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows, sequences, and reporting.
• Proficiency in creating email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing HubSpot templates (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and content marketing is a plus.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Attributes:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
