Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant Support/Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency and team excellence. By performing essential VA tasks and mentoring your peers, you’ll help our team maintain high standards, achieve client satisfaction, and foster professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
Virtual Assistant Support:
Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle email correspondence.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues.
Project Coordination: Assist in project planning and organize cloud-based files.
CRM Management: Maintain and update client relationship management records.

Training and Mentoring:
Onboarding: Train new hires on tools, workflows, and company standards
Skill Development: Conduct sessions on time management, customer service, and advanced VA skills

Process Improvement:
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Leadership and Team Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between VAs and management.
Lead tea m me etings, motivate tea m me mbers, and address conflicts professionally.
Conduct 1on1 coaching calls
Conduct Exit Interviews

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRMs, project management tools, and office suites.
Leadership and training experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Adaptability to evolving tasks and responsibilities.

Tools You Will Use:
CRMs (e.g., Airtable, GohighLevel)
Project management platforms (e.g., Asana)
Office suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

Details:
Working Hours:
Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST | Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
Compensation:
Starting rate: $4/hour
